As far as sound, personal preference, age, source, and type of music come into play. I have Centerpoint set at 2 for now, but I'm glad there is an opportunity to adjust this. It changes the sound quite a bit.

I have one more tip to add. A seat cushion in the passenger seat will block the passenger airbag from enabling and the passenger airbag off light shows. If you need the added cushion because of back issues, put a piece of heavy duty aluminum foil 12 by 14 inches on the seat underneath the cushion and it will let the airbag be enabled for the passenger seat and the passenger airbag on light will show. I ran into this a lot in the service dept; usually electronics or heavy purses, in my case it's usually mail and/or groceries.
