Loose fuel filler neck

The fuel filler neck seems extremely loose on my 2022 cx 30. Lots of play when I am pumping gas. Is this normal.
I have only had this car for a few months and it has been this way since I bought it

That should be covered under your WARRATY and it is emission related so that fits the 7+ year scheduling, I recommend to go to Mazda dealership .
