Default 2021 CX-30 disable nanny features

I requested the dealer to turn off the following warning chimes and adjust other items, but was told that they cant do it because it is jailbreaking the computer. I call BS and want to do the following:
- turn off seat belt warning chime, it is my decision when to put on my seatbelt
- turn off door open low battery warning chime, this is stupid as the interior lights go off automatically
-disable automatic parking brake engaged every time I start the car, I live where it is flat
-increase auto lock range as I cant even walk from the drivers side to the passenger side without the doors locking

Thanks everyone

1, 2, 3 can in fact not be adjusted / deactivated. You can turn off the auto door locks.

Thanks for the response. Totally annoying that these features cannot be deactivated. As far as the door locks, I like the auto-locking feature, although it does not always work. I just want to adjust the range so I can walk around the car and open the passenger door without the car already locking up.
