Greetings, have a new 2024 CX 30 and would like to use a std old MP3 player. USB selection is greyed out and the dial skips over those two lines . Also at the bottom of my screen it messages device not supported. The lines are greyed out ( not highlighted ) even before I plug into the USB c ports. Any recommendations on the USB c failure ? AUX input sure would be great to have on this vehicle along with the 12v adapter.
