Need to know how to get under the center console so I can run USB power cable forward to power my dash cam. I have USB-C to USB-A female connector and was thinking to run a cable forward under center console to get to area behind the dash.but do not want to hang a wire down over the front of the dash.

Any ideas or suggestions on how to power a dash cam in a 2024 CX-30.. My older 2020 had a socket in center console under the radio. That USB-A socket was removed for 2024

 

I do not have a "Powered" rear view mirror so the kit from DONGAR does not work. They need a 10 pin socket but my CX30 only has 8 pin socket .

Where can I get to 12v power under dash?
