I have a 2016 cx-5 touring and the manual indicates there is a 12v power outlet in the dash (next to the sync hookups) but it is not the standard cigarette plug in type but rather looks like a 12v USB charging port. I may be wrong on this but this is what it looks like and asking the dealer was like talking to the wall.
What I'm looking for is an adaptor that will plug into the USB 12v port (if that's what it is) in the car and then has dual cigarette lighter type outlets on the other end plug enabling me to plug a GPS and radar detector into (both have male cigarette plugs) it.
I have done a lot of internet searching but have not found one adaptor with this configuration. Any help finding one would be appreciated.
