Default Fast idle then almost stalls
Got a 1991 carb B2200 running, but idles at 1500 and then routinely almost stalls out.

Does the fast idle and and stalling happen when the engine is at operating temperature? If so, the first thing I'd look at is the choke mechanism to see if its disengaging after startup as the engine warms up.
