b2300 hesitation

Default b2300 hesitation
i got a 94 b2300 that only wants to hesitate in the morning for the first 3 or so minutes i have changed everything ignition except coils. my injectors are 17 lbs an hour which should be 14. it has only 136000 on it. please someone help i have no hair left to pull out.
