When going to change the temp from cold to hot on the panel it does nothing the temp stays the same. I belive something is stuck somewhere but don't know where can you please help

 

These trucks are known for breaking the cable for the temperature control. If thats the case then you will have to replace it, or manually change it by looking down by the gas pedal for a lever connected with a blue cable attached if yours is blue (mine is blue and i have seen others blue.) Just flip the lever up or down to change the temp.
