Probably could find a good aftermarket one to fit or go to the junkyard and get one.

Many times radiators can be repaired. They remove the tanks, rod all the gunk out, fix leaks then braze it all back together. In the end it can be as good as new many times. This process works especially good on these older radiators with their brass / copper construction.

Look up radiator service and repair in your area and call for info.

The B2600 engine (before the B2600i) with the Mitsubishi engine are pretty rare, so not so easy to find one, or a decent one, in a parts yard. Larger cities will likely still have a couple of radiator repair shops who essentially can rebuild the entire radiator.
