Transmission compatibility question.

I have a 1997 626 with automatic transmission. I have the opportunity to purchase a 1998 626 with a 5 speed. Both cars are 2.0 liter 4 cyl. Will the auto trans from the 1997 bolt in to the 1998 that has a 5 speed? Axle changes required? Any other changes necessary other than the obvious?
