timing belt change

Default timing belt change
If all the timing marks line up on the cams and on the crank pulley why wont the distributer cap point at the number 1 plug in the distributer? also the harmonic balancer is not at 0 degrees either. am i on glue? or am i looking at the wrong marks.Please help[sm=wtf.gif]

What year 929 do you have and does the engine have 2 cams or 4?
