1995 mazda 626 2.0 with a/c

ok the belt goes to the water pump then the back of the crank pulley and the alternator right. then the 5 rib belt goes on the outer part of the crank and the p/s pulley and the a.c pulley , right ???? ok . ummm well the crank , p.s. and a.c pulleys are NOT in line!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! when i put the belt on it RUBS the alternator belt . WTF is going on. this the SECOND time i had to replace my belts and now THEY WILL NOT line up at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i should have took pics with the a/c belt on , but i said **** it and just drove back to my house and left the ****er sitting there. but where the a/c belt and the alternator belt are side by side they RUB
