Mazda 323(2000) BJ 1.6 crank no start

Mazda 323(2000) BJ 1.6 crank no start
I got a Mazda 323(2000) BJ 1.6 one day stop at light and crank no start, got OBD-I code 11, 13, 14, 15.
Crank no start happen before, CKP sensor, Valve sensor, two spark coils, fuel pump, fuel pump relay replaced. Work for a few days and fault happen again, this time never start again.
Check compression, timing, fuel but no spark. ECU look special it's Mitsubishi ZL11, just wonder OBD-I code may be difference.
