K here is the scoop.... Swapped a 93 lx 2.0 into a 99 lx 2.0 cause i own both and the 93 wont pass inspection [almost rotted in half ] 99 blown motor both 5 speed .All the mechanical swap done . Is there a way to make distributor motor work in 99 or should i swap the ignition system and sensors etc ? At this point i just wana hot wire the distributor. But to do so i need some kind of wire diagram as the distributor has 9 wires and the coil pack 3 wires .

 

If ignition system is the only difference between the 93 and the 99, I'd use the 99's ignition system. Fewer things to change, no cutting into factory wiring, plus maintaining it as a complete 99 model would retain it's value and simplify parts ordering...
