I haven't seen any 323's with fog lights yet. How would I go about adding those to my car?

 

I don't know if 323's came with factory foglights, or if you'd want factory if they were available.
If not, shop around, find a complete kit that you like and would like on your 323.
I think most, if not all, fog light kits include wiring, fuses, relay, mounting brackets, and instructions. If you're electrically savvy, follow directions to install. If you're not, but are mechanically inclined, it's not difficult.
One tricky part is figuring out where to mount them, then mounting them solidly. Oh yeah, then aiming them properly can be even trickier. Was for me anyway, since I picked a tight spot on my mx3, but bumper cover would flex, causing the foglights to shift a little when driving. Find the most solid spot you can...
