Default dying 626

hey, brand new to the site. I have a 93 626 with a 2.0 DOHC, 5 speed. The problem is it turns over awhilebefore it starts, once it starts, it misses for a few seconds and then idles fine. Once warmed up it stops idling, it happens on downshifts aswell. It runs fine when going down the road. I have replaced the fuel filter, plugs, plug wires, aswell as the cap and rotor, ran fuel injector cleaner, and still the same result. Any help to this dilema would be greatly appriciated. thanks

yeah thats just your mass airflow sensor bro. Check this out start your engine an run it then disconnect the electrical connection from your mass airflow sensor. your engine should turn off, idle should become unstable, or rise greatly at least to between 1000 rpms to 1500, then suddenly drop. so change this an your problems willbe solved. Let me know if not and i will gladly help ya. Proud owner myself of the exact model and year.

no go!. i replaced MAF, coolant temp sensor, air intake temp sensor, and still no go, i did go through theOBD-I and gives me these codes, O2 sensor, and coolant temp sensor (fan). So replacing the O2 sensor should do it right?since the other code is basically why the fan wont shut off....ever, while the key is on, but i dont think that would have anything to do with a performance problem. If this doesnt work, then im thinking the PCM

The fan sensor is not a PCM input. Check your ECT. Also check the fuel pressure regulator.
