Default Check Engine Light is ON

Hello,
I have a 1999 Mazda 626 with 179000 miles I have recently replaced the EGR valve and up stream oxygen sensor; ever since the replacement of these parts my check engine light has turned on with an error code p1464 "A/C Demand Out Of Self-Test Range" does anyone know what has happen or how can I fix this issue.

come on guys someone must know something about this issue....
What I have done today, I cleared the code and unplug my AC fuse I am going to drive the car around town to see of the light turns back on. I think even the code says the problem is coming from the ac system its in correct. I got the feel the oxygen sensor i install might be the wrong part I got from auto zone or defective.

Yesterday when I was heading home from work the check engine light came back on. so that means the problem is not from the AC system. I have replaced my oxygen sensor with the old part I had and I have reset the engine computer. again I am going to drive car around town to see if the light turns back on.
