Default Car dies only after warming up

I have a Mazda 626, 1989. I can drive the car without a problem but when the car warms up, the engine dies (I will notice the tach jerking/jumping). When it is about to die, that tach meter willmove from1500rpm-2000rpm and fade to the end (I think 7000rpm).

The distributor is about 1 year old. I check the battery before and after it starts... and it looks good. I would like to know base on the behavior, is this an electric, fuel or sensor problem?

Any input is appreciated.
Thank you.

have you checked your vaccuum hoses? they may be soft and collapseor have a small hole that opens up when the engine heats up.
