I do not quite understand the question. What is flashing and what is working correctly?

It sounds like a problem with a bulb burned out. The easiest way to check is to put a stick to hold the brake pedal down between the pedal and seat. Check to see that all bulbs are on even the center high mount brake light.

Ok so its not a burnt out bulb... So could it be a ground problem or some loose wireing somewhere ??

When I use to work for Volvo, this was a common problem. Even if all bulbs were working, we had to make sure all bulbs were the same brand and color for the brake lights. By color I mean the color of the base, some are brass and some silver color. The circuit that monitors bulbs was very sensitive to a mix of brands of bulbs even if they appeared to work correctly.
