98' 626 4cyl fuel filter?

Default 98' 626 4cyl fuel filter?
Anyone ever replace on of these? Seems to be some major interference from what looks like the cruise control motor.

Any advice?[]

2 10mm nuts to remove and the cruise actuator will flop right out of the way. You will need to also remove the 2 10mm nuts that hold the fuel filter bracket to the body so you can remove it and exchange the filters.
