Ok basically heres my situation, turn my lights on, windshield wipers come on and all the exterior lights are very dim including the headlights, you click the high beams on, all the lights shut off. turn signals are pretty dim either way. According to my haynes manual, it says theres a joint box part of the steering column, could this be it, or are there other possibilities, the wipers work fine on their own, but they turn on the middle setting (constant moving but not wicked fast) when you turn the lights on
