Default 91 626 coil getting hot, no fire, no start

hi there, im lost with this problem. the car has no fire from coil. i chaged the dist. coil cap rotor and wires. and still no fire, the coild gets very hot when the key is on for a few min. i checked it is grounded good. after putting the new dist and coil. and still had no fire, i went to wrecking yard and got another dist and coil and same thing. i read somewhere else on interent that is the emergency fuel shut off id activated it cuts the ignition fire as well. i havent checked that out yet. ive checked all fuses, and wires. anyone have any ideas or know how to fix the problem.... mabey i have gotten bad ignition modules? guess it possiable.
well guys thanks in advance for any help.
