fianally i feel i have a shot at solving my problem with your help. 86 mazda 626 non turbo kept dying on freeway and would restart sometimes. last time i was towed off fwy and here i sit. i thought it might be the coil so i changed it then i got sick and it sit for a while. my problem is im not sue if all the wiring is in the right places? one of the wire clips on and it has two clips one white and one black. not sure which one gos back? anyrate im not getting any fire out of lthe coil.? i put a trouble light on and it lights up on the lthree loop conections on the positive side. and also will light up on the other clip side? should the light up if the trouble light is down lthe center of llthe coil? it does not. does this mean the coil is bad and its new? is dont have a meter nor know how to read one? the coil is grounded kon the bracket to the frame but really cant see where that would do any good anyway? anyrate she is the only car i have and im borrowing another now. i would deeply appreciate any of you digging in your warehouse of knowledge and helping figure this out. im very slow but determined thanks and happy new years to all tedjames
