626 engine swap from 1.8 to 2.0

626 engine swap from 1.8 to 2.0
Hello everyone,
I own a 1998 mazda 626 lx 1.8 with manual trans axle,and i have found a very cheap (rear crashed) 626 from the same year (1998) and it has a 2.0 engine but it's with automatic trans axle.
Can i swap the 1.8 for the 2.0? i want to keep my manual gear.
if yes, can i keep my ECU and my wiring?
