Default 626 About to be scrapped

I have a 1996 626 1.8LXi. It is about to be scarpped as the bodywork is probably beyond economical repair. It has 96k on the clock and is utterly reliable.

Service regularly the only things replaced have been consumables. The engine is as per the original.

Anyone want it for spares (entire engine even).

I am sure that it will not pass its MOT in October (we were advised of this when the exhaust was part replaced 6 months ago).

Known problems:

Cills and arches are shot.
Suspension probably very tired.
Rear hatch gas struts are knackered - hatch has not been lifted in 6-19 months.

The car is legally driveable but I am only going to drive it as far as the scrappy.

Free for collection near Edinburgh.

Any takers.
