i have an '02 626, i am trying to connect a progressive snapshot to the diagnostic port, and it will not work. i tried it in my other car and it worked fine. my question is, could i have a fuse blown-i don't see a listing in the owners manual for a fuse, or could there be another problem?

 

took it to my mechanic, he put the code reader on it and it wouldn't work either, until he went to disconnect it. turns out there is a loose pin in the socket.
