Ok let me start by saying I am a complete idiot when it comes to cars so I will try my best to tell you what is going on.

1.Hold light for the trans is flashing sometimes and sometimes it does not, When it flashes the car shifts very hard.

2.Running rough when Idle or stopped it seems like it wants to stall so I put it into Neut for compensate.

3.Took it to Advanced Auto and he put a Jumper on it to see the codes on the dash but no one I know has a list of the codes and it flashed many different times and I do not really know how to read them.

Also the car has about 150,000 on it.
