Default 1991 Mazda 626 Valves and Stems

Hello,

I am new to this forum and have a couple of questions for other members. Firstly does anyone know the specs for the valves on the above vehicle? i.e. Inlet/outlet valve spring lengths, stem and guide tolerances.
Also what metal is the valves/valve stems made out of i.e. cast iron, bronze, phosphorous bronze or manganese bronze.

Side Note I have a Mazda 626 Workshop manual which some kind person scanned and put on the net in pdf form. Is there any way of uploading files in this forum so other users can share it.

Help much appreciated,
Regards, Chrispen
