Hello,

I've a mazda 121 from 1989 and i've a problem with the relay om my rear lights.
The problem is that if i turn on my city lights the relay of my rear lights brakes down.
At the front of my car i also don't have the city lights anymore, but the beam headlamp and all other lights works.

Can someone tell me whats wrong, or can it be that one of the lamps is defect?

 

I would like to help but I am unfamiliar with a 121 model Mazda. Do you know if there is a US equivalent model?

but i found the problem, it's the radio who's causing the problems.
i have got out the radio and now the rear lamps works again.
now i will look at my radio why he's causing the troubles on my electric circuit.

The lighting circuit goes to the radio for night time illumination, I would start there.
