I have a 2001 mazda tribute and there is a relay of some kind near the left rear drivers side rear quarter panel it has no relay in it its just a empty unit it is near the ciagrette light socket . i hooked 12v power from this for my back up camera now i have no power on it .I need to know what it is and is there a fuse to replace if it has no power

 

oh yea and its not 4x4
