When I am doing about 10-15 I can hear a high pitched skweeking, sounds like its coming from the right front. Not sure what it could be?

This happens while I am driving not while I am pressing the break pedal.

This is on my 92 323 1.6lt.

any ideas?

 

It sounds like the brake pad wear indicators are touching the rotors. This is usually when you hear it like you described. You will not hear it while braking.
