Hi,

I just bought a second hand Mazda 121 Metro 1998. I've serviced my own cars for many years, including some occasionally complicated engine work with the help of workshop manuals, but I'm having trouble locating the oil filter on this car. Can anyone give me a pointer on where the oil filter is on this vehicle. much appreciated.

 

It's okay, managed to find it this morning, tucked in above the oil sump.
