Ok I was working on my friends Chevy Cavilier and I bought an oil filter for it and when I took it out of the box it looked like a little air filter. Does any one know whta this is? I have never seen this and I can't figure out where it goes on the car any ideas or some help please send it my way thanks.

It sounds like you are working on a Quad 4 engine. Look on the bottom of the oil pan and there should be an access plate there.

 

yeah I guess your right, its so weired, I mean the thing doesn't even have spark plug wires you can buy for it?

I mean I see the wires and every thing.
