Default Tight Enough? O ooh stripped it!

Does anyone have the official suggested tightening torque for a 2001 Mazda 323f 1.6 Petrol (new shape):

Engine oil drain plug
Spark plug

Engine oil drain plug...22-30 ft-lbs...30-41 N-m...3.0-4.2 kgf-m

Spark plug...11-16 ft-lbs...15-22 N-m...1.5-2.3 kgf-m

Wheel Nuts...65.1-86.7 ft-lbs...89-117 N-m...9.0-12.0 kgf-m

Wasn't sure what scale your torque wrench used there in the UK tdc100.
