Default Need help from a Mazda master tech!

Ok well let me start by telling you i am a technician, we are a honda/mazda dealer. The mazda guys are stumped on a 09 cx9 with 200,000 miles

so here is the deal, the thing cranks and wont start when cold!
It randomly has no spark and no fuel, never both at the same time, one or the other is missing when it wont start,

replaced so far
pcm
both cam sensors
crank sensor
mass air flow sensor
ect sensor

once its running it runs great, no cel
will sometimes start on ether
other times has no spark, it has been in 2 bad accidents in the past, all these parts thrown at the car have been justified by techline! They are at a complete loss with this thing, any input would be great.

I am not a master tech, not a mazda tech. Even though I am totally unqualified to even respond I would ask these questions:

Is there an aftermarket alarm system installed?
Have all ground wires, straps, connectors, wires, harnesses been tested? (cleaned and reconnected?)
Have any cables been kinked by the accident?
Have the sensor signals been verified by using the multimeter?

Hopefully Juanky and grim_reaper have ideas beyond my questions.

No alarm system other than the factory one
The other weird thing is when it won't start the data list on the scan tool is blank, the sensors show no values, Yes all the grounds have been thoroughly cleaned and checked with a multimeter. I'm going to ask a few more questions today, any additional input would be great thanks a lot for the reply.

Wasting a lot of money on something with 200,000 miles and in 2 accidents, bad ones!.
Any one buying a 09 CX-9 with 200,000 miles should be-ware.

Oh we totally agree, it has a laundry list of other things it needs as well, he loves it and insists on fixing it. If it was me it would have been crushed by now.

Update, it did not start this morning and we verified it has no spark or injector pulse when cranking.

It is no fun chasing shorts. But that's what you are left to do. Preferred methods are voltage drop test and temperature probing. Voltage drop tests reveal more than continuity and resistance tests. With a high quality laser guided temperature probe you may be able to locate a hot spot in the wiring.

I am at the end of my wits.

If you find it you deserve this:

Ask the owner if you can use it as daily driver for a week.
Make sure the battery is charged...the battery of your cell phone, that is!
