I have a 2017 Toyota Yaris IA and up until recently the navigation was working well. However now when I select to enter navigation the screen shows a message that the "navigation loading" and it continues to twirl. I have disconnected the battery for a good while of time thinking that system needed a "re-boot". I have removed and re-installed the sim card. Of things I have tried, nothing works. It will continue to show "navigation loading" and will not go into the map. I have considered purchasing a new sim card but have not done that. I am sure that the GPS is working in that names of side streets come onto the screen when in other modes ie: audio etc.. Any thoughts or suggestions for a fix?

Hi, Yesterday I ordered a new sim card. I tried everything else and came to the conclusion that was the only thing that I had not tried. So we'll see soon if that is the fix.
