Default Help. cleaned throttle body and now my car won't start

I have 2006 Mazda 6 3.0

Recently my cold air in take got wet and started to get rough idles so I cleaned my intake and moved it to a different area so it couldn't get wet. I also clean my throttle body. I have cleaned it before and never had this problem. Now my car turns over but the rpms jump to 3 and drops to 0 and dies. I have tried to start it numerous times and it keeps dying. I even tired to press the gas pedal to keep the idle but it won't work. I checked for vaccum leaks and made sure everything I took off was back on. I have tired all the tricks and looked online I am out of ideas of what the problem is.

Your MAF sensor has got wet. You need to clean that with MAF Cleaner and let it dry before starting. Make sure to disconnect battery when doing any cleaning or servicing anything as well as applying brake pedal a few times to clear ecu.
When start let idle for 5-10 minutes before re-learning.
The MAF is before your throttle body with an electrical connector (you probably had to unplug this when moving intake.

If this doesn't work buy a new MAF as it may be shorted, dead.
