Brake fluid reservoir caps on your car are very common for breaking the retainer tabs.
Go to Mazda & buy a new cap.
When was the PCV valve last replaced? Thats a lot of blowby coming out the dipstick tube. Not looking healthy.
Also we didn't get the V6 in my market.
