Were you having any issues beforehand?
Open the bonnet. Shut all the doors. Lock the vehicle. Disconnect the battery for a half an hour. Reconnect the battery. Unlock the vehicle. Start the engine. Let it idle for a minute. Drive it & see what happens.

Not really no.It's remotely possible you might of spiked the computer. Basically try the old " turn it off & back on again" trick.
Failing this, you will need a diagnostic code check.
