check engine light flashing bad gas milage 99 millenia

i cleaned both ports in the intake, changed fuel filter,checked comp on all cylinders about 100 pounds each,did ohm test on knock sensor resistance 530 ohm's,if i beat the car it runs well but normal driving low aceleration poor gas milage the car shutters what do i do next? PLEASE HELP
