Default Bravo B2500, Will not turn over

Hello to all on the Forum,
First post as I have a problem with my work Ute.
I have a Bravo, 2006, turbo diesel ute. A very basic vehicle but I think I have an electrical fault. It is a reliable vehicle and has no history of starting issues.

History,
I have a tail light fault/short and it was this I was trying to trace, as it was blowing fuses when then park lights were turned on but the head lights work fine....then things went pear shaped.

Went to start the ute and waited for the glow plugs to go out and then turned the key......nothing. I can find no blown fuses or anything obvious. Battery is fine.

Questions, does it have a start relay? If so where is it located, how do I check the relay? fuses I should be double checking, fault finding technique? Could I have fried a computer when fiddling around with the light switches and loom? Anybody have a start circuit drawing?
Any help would be appreciated.

Bill

Have you applied power direct to the starter solenoid.

Yes. No dramas there. Now trying to trace the power wire back to a relay or whatever. Will keep at it. I hope it is something silly and not a chip or the like.
Is there a relay? Where is it?

Found the issue. A loose connector which was hidden under the power steering resevior.
All good.
