2000 626 ES Immobilizer
Hi, I'm new to this site. I've a customer that had issues with the cooling fan draining the battery. She and her husband removed the battery to have it charged. Now, with the battery charged and reinstalled, the car will click once, and then it's as though someone has removed the battery; no interior/dash lights.
I don't have enough experience with this issue. I checked all wiring from the battery to the underhood fuse box, to the starter, to the ignition switch, to the black box in the knee bolster. All connections are good.
I am wondering if the battery removal caused the immobilizer to lock the car down. How is this remedied?
Thanks,
Josh Hopper
