PCM HELP!! 2007 Mazda CX-9
So I sent it in (circuitboardmedics)and it cannot be repaired...Great customer service by these guys btw....So then I called another company about buying a new one already programmed and they said they cannot do the one I have. Its part number 750A-12A650-MF. He asked if it was Mazda or Ford at first, which I have no idea how to tell. After I gave him the part number he said they cant do it and when I asked if it was Mazda or Ford he just hung up. I was not happy with the customer service at all...Ive called the company for 3 days (protechautosystems)..I usually do not say rude things about companys but I was highly disappointed with those guys. Anyways I am in a urgent need to find a replacement any help is appreciated. Holly

And obviously if your car is a Mazda you have a Mazda part. When it doubt spam your Vin number😂 . Every manufacturer has their own specific Vin Identifiers.
Also, if yours is NOT repaired and you buy a new or used one, be prepared to pay a dealer or specialist to reprogram the WHOLE car. Otherwise the car will not accept the computer because it'll see it's not the same. And this is real reprogramming, with a laptop and expensive software, not like a AutoZone code reader.
You don't have to use that company either. Get your part back, go-to hardware store buy a good multimeter (something by fluke or Klein or UEI) but make sure it tests continuity. Then, you're gonna watch YouTube videos on how to check "ford/Mazda PCM ECU test pin out" or Google and take notes. But you'll find reference numbers on Google if you search. Use any Mazda for reference.
If that doesn't work go-to ASE certified mechanic main website and find a GOOD service shop for your needs. Reference check the **** outta them and NO that isn't Google/yelp reviews. It means page 2 of Google basically or just search complaints rather than reviews. Trust me on that one. GL
