First time Mazda Owner
I bought my first Mazda a week ago - A 2015 CX-5 AWD Touring. Looking forward to learning how to service it myself, and, will probably ask stupid questions along the way. The Mazda replaced a 2010 Honda CRV LX, and, is a lot more athletic than it was. The new Mazda's stablemates are a 2011 Mercedes Benz GLK 350 4Matic, and, a stock 1948 Chevrolet Fleetmaster 2 door Town Sedan.

Thanks for the warm welcome. I tried to upload a picture of my 48, but, my buggy computer won't cooperate tonight. Anyway, my 48 is a matching numbers car as near as I can tell. She's powered by a 216.5 CID inline 6 splash lube engine that makes 90 HP and weighs about 800 pounds. On a good day, she'll do 0 - 60 (pretty much her max comfortable speed) in about 26 seconds. She's equipped with a 3 speed column shift tranny, torque tube driveline, and 4:11 final drive. She's well equipped for the day - has a AM radio, mechanical dash clock, a defroster unit, and a floor mounted heater (under the front passenger seat). She's got a Maroon paint job and a grey and maroon interior. She's an older restoration, so, she's not perfect by any means, but, I enjoy driving her and going to cruise-ins. Just don't see many of these old Chevys that haven't been rodded. The 48 was the last of the Chevy "fat-fender" cars.
