Default 2016 Grand Touring seat heater issue

So I have owned my GT for a little over 600 hundred miles. My complaint is that the seat heaters don't get very warm at all. Its like they only take the chill off even when its on its highest setting.

Is this the best it gets or do I have a defective seat heater?

I've done a bit of searching and it seams like lukewarm seat heaters are a common on older models. I haven't been able to find anything current but am afraid the tradition carries on....

Thanks in advance for any input.

Yea just got a Mazda6 grand touring too. Have about 900 miles on it. The seat heaters suck. They barely work even if you put them on the highest setting.
