My friend had a POS Ford Maverick back in high school days that kept letting him down (go figure) so we decided to teach it a lesson. We both walked back to my parents house to get baseball bats , after it died about one mile away. We made it back while still pissed and beat the living tar out of this thing on the side of the road. And the car listened... funny enough...because it started right away and he could not kill the heap until it went to a junkyard about a month later. He drove it to the junkyard!
