im really sorry to hear that ren and rich... theres a lot of ****ed up peopl out there i nthe world. i learned that doesnt matter how well you know a person, theres always gonna be a dark corner of their lives or personality you dont want to go to. i have those, and so does everyone else. but dont ever let those ppl get u down. me and my friends have this comfortable relationship where we crack offensive jokes at each other and then still laugh bout it.. theyre not the best people in the world, and theyre truely not my type of people either. but u cant pick and choose hoos goin to be in ur life. watever descisions u made, DO NOT regret ne.. everything happens for a reason, and they always happen for the better. lol.. im a very optimistic person. i always try to look at the brighter side... my ex (not the same one im wiht currently) just visited the doctor, and she may have HPV (human papiloma virus, which can turn into cervical cancer). im there for her and im always reassuring her that everything will be ok. always try to look at the brighter side. it never hurts to think positive. mayb ull save a few wrinkles off ur face. lol. THE LONGEST WORD IN THE DICTIONARY IS sMILEs!!!

if u put ur mind to it, it canbe done. i myself am trying to thin down from 160 to 150 (if i was goin to the gym id want to remain at that weight). wat u can do is have a bowl of fruit in the morning and 3 or 4 small portions during the rest of the day.. and no food after 8.. but u work graveyard shift.. so wat i suggest is dont eat nething 4 hours prior to goin to bed. and drink only water the whole day.. trust me it works.. i used to feel sluggish even after a full nights rest. after takin control of my diet, i wake up with no problem and i dont get the "itis" during the day.

If you really want it, you have to exercise a lot as well, though that should go without saying. And, if you expect weight to come off quickly, don't. It takes a lot of time to lose weight properly.

When I was 16, I weighed 238 pounds and was about 5'10 that March....due to my diet - I constantly had overloads of sugar and calories from Snapple and soda. I dropped both, and by the summer I was down to a much healthier 210 without even realizing it.

These things take time, you'll only hurt yourself in the long run if you rush it.
