I just bought an '04 Mazda6. The dealer recommended a purchase an extended warranty (which of course isn't a bad idea, but I know what a joke some of these companies are!!!). The dealer, who seemed like a pretty straight guy, held Preferred inhigh regard. I did purchase the Base Plan warranty. He insisted if I had a problem that was covered, and contacted them quickly, I would NOT have an issue with them.

Has anyone here utilized them? If so, could you post your experience? Thanks a ton in advance!

 

Check out ripoffreport.com and see if there's any bad stuff about them. Personally don't know.
