Just a general question for any CA residents out there. I had been looking for a new CX-9 with the grand touring and Nav. No dealerships anywhere had it except Mazda pointed me to a dealership in Arkansas. I flew to Arkansas and the dealer met me at the airport with the car and I purchased it. After getting back to CA, I found it can't be registered because it is not a CA emissions car. The dealership said they would buy it back but for $5,000 less than I paid. Does anyone at all have any ideas of how I can keep this car and register it here???? Any help would greatly be appreciated.
